There’s so much I wish I could say, but I can’t. It’s the most awful feeling to have your own space on the web and yet you can’t even write about the things that are bothering you the most. Those near and dear to me know what I am going through, but for those of you who don’t, I only ask that you keep me in your prayers.
All I can do is laugh. And cry. Sometimes in the same hour.
Learning to cope in a healthy way is what I am focusing on. What also helps me is surrounding myself with positive people. Sure, it’s great to vent, but it’s not good to dwell. Right?
Here are my goals this week:
-Exercise 4 times for at least 20 minutes (One is done, so 3 to go!)
– Drink 3 bottles of water per day
– Try to ONLY snack on fruits or veggies or Greek yogurt (no processed snacks)
– Lots of very important events coming up at work that lead me to skip lunches + order takeout
– I tend to buy fresh produce and not eat it.
And to reduce my stress, I totally bought a Roomba 770. Please don’t judge me, I know it seems like the epitome of laziness, but I really can’t afford hours and hours of cleaning my house every day.
The verdict? It’s pretty awesome…if you have your expectations right. I didn’t at first, but I do know. I’ll be writing a review post about it soon once I get all the kinks figured out so I can produce a fair review.
Some other blog projects I hope to showcase soon is the other half of the master bedroom makeover, plus I’ll be showcasing our first attempt at DIY landscaping. Oh, and I’ll also need your advice on how to start a herb garden because I am failing miserably. Tootles for now, and smooches to all!
