Apartment Laundry Room Makeover

Happy Weekend, loves! I have a quick reveal to show you all this weekend that I am SO proud of.

When I first moved to the apartment, I felt really mopey about being in an apartment after doing so many fun DIY projects at the house. However, once I got into this apartment, I realized that each space had so much potential...even the laundry room.

I am fortunate that my new apartment has a laundry room so I don't have to haul stuff to a community laundry room (been there, hated that) or a laundry mat. It's right off the kitchen for easy access, but it was the same beige that is all over this apartment. You've heard me lament about all the beige before. I honestly likely wouldn't have done much to the space, but then Angie's List invited me to participate  and partner with them for a $500 Laundry Room Makeover Challenge, to which I said yes.

You may wonder what I could possibly do to this space without using any power tools, paint or moving things around. Well, I did quite a bit, including using a wine rack as storage.
