Skinnygirl Margarita {Take 2-Remix}

Remember how I said the Skinny Girl Margarita by Bethenny was awful?


Well, it is, trust me.

However, since I paid about $15.00 for it and have a lot left, I needed to find a way to make it edible, but KEEP IT LOW CALORIE. And tasty. A point she obviously never thought about.


Skinny Girl Margarita by Monica

1.) Get a glass and fill it with ice. (Salt your glass before doing this if you want salt. I skipped it since I don’t wanna be bloated)

2.) Fill 1/4 of glass with Diet Sprite (NO calories!)

3.) Fill the next third of the glass with Skinny Girl Margarita Mix/Drink

4.) Top the glass off with Simply Limeade (you should use very little of it, about 2 oz./30 calories)


Optional: Garnish glass with salt & lime (before putting ice, etc.)

And voila- you have 100-120 calories margarita that is tart, sweet, a bit fizzy and it TASTES good. I added a tiny splash of tequila for some extra oomph. I like my drinks like I like my men- STRONG. Try the raspberry limeade version if you want some raspberry margaritas.

  3. Love your creativity! But be careful with anything "Diet" - the chemical aspartame is incredibly bad for you. Try natural soda's/or Stevia made soda's. They are amazing and wonderful for the body.

  4. Or you could just skip all that and try the Cuervo light margarita, same 100 calories and surprise surprise, it actually tastes good
